General Terms and Conditions of Business
1. Ordering
All orders are binding. Please ensure, in your own interest, that the delivery address provided to us, including telephone number, is correct and complete. We cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We reserve the right to change the specifications of the products without prior notice.
2. Prices
The prices of the items in the shop are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the applicable value-added tax.
3. Payment
You can conveniently pay via TWINT, with VISA, MasterCard, and PostFinance Card credit cards, or by advance payment.
4. Delivery, Shipping, and Packaging Costs
Deliveries are only made to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein!
You will receive an order confirmation from us. This confirmation merely confirms receipt of the order via the eShop. If you do not receive a confirmation, it is likely that the ordering process was not completed correctly. In such a case, please contact us directly.
The execution of the order depends on the availability of the products. The order will usually be processed immediately and deliverable items will be shipped within 3 to 4 working days. If this is not possible, you will be notified by us. Shipping may occur in more than one package. The items will be shipped as soon as they are available.
Within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, we charge a shipping fee of CHF 10.00. The mentioned costs refer to the standard delivery service for our collections and accessories.
5. Delivery Times
Normal delivery times may vary, the following information serves only as a guideline:
Standard: within 3 to 4 days after receipt of order
Express: within 1 to 2 days after receipt of order
6. Returns / Credits / Damaged Items
If an item is delivered to you in an unsatisfactory condition or if you simply wish to exchange the item for a different size, you can return the item to us within 14 days, after which we will either offer you a full refund of the purchase price or deliver a replacement item.
Returns must be made within 14 days in the undamaged original packaging. Refunds will only be granted for products in undamaged, unused condition. If the returned product is not in fully resalable condition or if the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund. None of the above conditions affect your legal rights in relation to damaged items.

7. Delivery Damages
If the goods were damaged during shipping, please notify us by email or phone within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Damaged or defective items can be exchanged free of charge. Claims for damages due to incorrect images, texts, and prices or for delayed delivery are excluded. Errors, price changes, or minor modifications to products are reserved.
8. Data Protection
We are committed not to selling your personal data to third parties.. All personal data is treated confidentially. The data necessary for business transactions will be saved.
Credit card payments are encrypted using proven SSL technology. They are processed through Saferpay (Six Multipay AG). Six processes your personal data on our behalf in connection with the payments you order from us. Your data will only be used by Six for processing your payment instruction and will not be provided to any third party except the financial institutions responsible for the respective payment method. "Six" or "Saferpay" may appear on your credit card or bank statement in connection with your order from us.
9. Retention of Title
The delivered items remain our property until full payment has been made.
