  • Shipping costs / Express

    The shipping, packaging and administration costs are a flat rate of CHF 10.00 per order.
    Express shipping within 1-2 days is offered for an additional charge of CHF 25.00 / order.

  • Can I exchange items?

    If an item is delivered in unsatisfactory condition or the item needs to be exchanged for a different size, please return the item within 14 days. We will then offer either a full refund of the purchase price or delivery of a replacement item.

    Please return the item with a note. The note must include the name, order number, reason for return and desired action.

    Delivery of the replacement item or refund will be initiated as soon as we receive the returned item.

  • Payment options?

    For private customers, payment can be made by credit card, Twint or advance payment.

  • How long does the delivery take?

    As a rule, the delivery times according to the GTC apply.

  • I cannot enter a quantity for the item, why?

    If you would like to order an item but cannot enter a quantity, and the icon with the shopping basket does not appear, this means that the item is not available at the moment and therefore cannot be ordered. In an urgent case, please email or call to find out when the item will be available again.

  • Can items be sent abroad?
    No, products are only shipped to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipping abroad is not possible!
